Do you ship everything tracked?
Yes, I do. If you prefer untracked to lower your shipping costs please reach out to me! Note: that if you choose untracked we are not liable for lost packages
Lost/Missing Packages
If you choose tracked, I will take every step to ensure your item gets to you. If you would like insurance on your bag, please let me know so that I can add it to your shipping costs which will ensure reimbursement if your item gets lost in the mail, without this, I automatically only insure packages to $100.
Returns
As I am a small business, we do not accept returns. On non customized items (items that have no changes to them outside of the original design) we will offer store credit upon receiving the item returned, unused, in its original condition.
