Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, please go through the checkout process to determine your shipping costs
Do you ship your items tracked?
Yes, however if you wish to lower your shipping costs, and ship untracked please reach out to me. Please note that if you choose untracked if your item is lost there is little we can do to track it down!
Lost/Missing Packages
We send all packages tracked, and will take every step that we can to get your missing package to you. If you would like additional insurance so that you would be reimbursed if your package goes missing please reach out to me, and I can give you a quote.
Returns
We are still such a small business, and because of that do not accept returns. However, if your item has been in no way customized, upon receiving the item back in the mail (at the cost of the buyer) we will provide a store credit.
